We all have enough drive, passion, and enthusiasm in our lives to realize or shape ourselves. Often, we do this from an unconscious urge, the reflex to be seen. I have gone through an entire career in various industries... and yet there remained an undefinable emptiness... To be honest, I missed the experience that could bring forth this deep-rooted satisfaction. I missed purity in my sense of purpose.

Fortunately, there is something in life called the subconscious that, albeit blindly, sets you further on your path. Unaware of the outcome, of the direction where...

Inexplicably, I ended up here... a place of more than a thousand years of purity. Olive groves that have undergone diverse cultural influences and eras. Without thinking or wanting to leave my own mark on what has always been there, I have allowed myself to be guided by the intense, respectful, monumental trees that have persistently borne their fruits through the centuries... because in all their simplicity, they provide a golden elixir of life that is valuable.

The result is an unseen purity in all its simplicity. I approach this virgin, centuries-old olive grove as it was done a thousand years ago. No additives, chemicals, or pesticides, but a caring approach as nature sometimes whimsically presents to me. Respectful of our cultural tradition, I annually deliver a limited selection of pure olive oil in which centuries of growth strength are tastefully encapsulated. Purity is unique... and that is what I gladly want to share.
