My work includes direct involvement in vineyard management, varietal selection, and winemaking processes, with a strong focus on quality optimization in cool-climate viticulture. Private boutique vineyard projects

My specialty also lies in designing manageable, environmentally responsible boutique vineyards for private individuals. For those with a passion for wine and viticulture, I provide guidance throughout the entire process—from concept and setup to growth and refinement—leading to a personal and truly unique wine experience that can be shared with pride.

Based on your region and a detailed soil analysis, I offer a carefully selected range of certified grapevines tailored to your specific terroir. You choose your preferred varieties, and I guide you with clear insights and a structured action plan. Once planting is complete, I remain closely involved, supporting you step by step through the vineyard’s development—ultimately leading to a high-quality wine crafted from your own land and shaped by your own vision.

To grow vines using traditional, hands-on or eco-friendly methods

Whether your preference is red, white, or both — anything is possible. You don’t need farmland to bring your passion to life; a small part of your garden is already enough. Around 100 vines can be perfectly maintained by hand, just as it was done in the finest old traditions. There’s no need to invest in small tractors or mechanical equipment. The goal is to enjoy your passion in a relaxed and fulfilling way — from soil to soul.
