Who am I
Founder / owner: Filip J. Van de Catsye
Oenologist & Olive Agronomist
I’ve always been intrigued by the unique and the hidden potential in things. As a television director, I was able to explore and express this passion throughout a 25-year career, both in my home country and abroad.
Back then, it was through people; today, I rediscover the same potential and principle in nature… in the noble forms of wine and olive oil.

The Wine-project
La Terra Eterna stands for sustainable wine projects, both for professional and private use, with deep respect for people and nature.
As an independent oenologist, I collaborate with both established wineries (lage scale) and private clients (boutique). My expertise lies primarily in cool-climate viticulture, with a geographical focus on Belgium, the Netherlands, Northern France, and England. For larger wineries, I offer both consultancy and a hands-on, on-site approach, contributing directly to vineyard management and winemaking processes.
In parallel, I support private individuals as an independent boutique winegrower, guiding the creation of small, personal vineyard projects for private use. Each collaboration begins with an online introduction and project presentation, ensuring a tailored and thoughtful approach aligned with the client’s vision.
The Olive Oil-project
La Terra Eterna - located in the south of Tarragona / Spain- produces Limited Premium EVOO Organic Olive Oil -Bio CCPAE - Certified- harvested from ancient, even millennial old olive trees in the Catalan region of Montsia, Tarragona.
By honoring the tradition and cultural heritage of these millennia-old trees, La Terra Eterna succeeds in bringing an exceptionally high-quality and ecologically pure limited product to the market. Every olive is hand-picked, cold-pressed under certified organic standards, and only the first press is used. The result is a limited edition unlike anything you'll find on market shelves.
